Remembering Some Special One During Holi
She had song a song
Looking at me
During the Daal Khaai
I had promised her
To counter it
During the Holi
As the Phagun came
The gentle breeze
Blowing it's way
Made me feel as if
Very close to me
She is passing by
The smiling of flowers
On newly budded plants
Made me remember
Her smiling face
With rosebud lips
I can forget never
Where ever I moved
Heard the birds
Each one singing
Not their own
As if to your tone
They were following
With an extra excitement
In this way
For a month long
Putting all my mind
I collected colors
And got ready my song
As usual the Holi came
With lots of colors
And also went on
With all my colors and song
I remained waiting and waiting
But she didn't come

A witchy sunshine is there
The sun is going to rest
A single bird is moving
Perhaps towards the nest

Why not moving so fast
With a big load of sorrow
Is bent your little heart
Having not known your pain
My heart feels so sorry
Coming and sitting beside me
Would you tell your story
Also you would listen to me
That so elaborating I say
But no,perhaps it's useless
You may go on your own way
All beings in world are bent
With the loads of own pain
By adding to it many others'
What would be the real gain
